An Enugu State High Court has annulled the impeachment of His
Excellency, Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi as the Deputy Governor of Enugu State.
The court presided over by Justice R.O Odugu, said the actions of the
members of the Enugu State House of Assembly were in gross violation of
the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended.
Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi, who was in court with his wife said “I have
forgiven those who were part of this justice”, Adding a joke “I can now
resume my chicken rearing”.
