Emma Forbes, 50, Shows Off Fabulous Body as She Frolics About On The Beach in Barbados

Like half of the showbiz world, Emma Forbes is also spending her Christmas break in sunny Barbados. The 50-year-old looked like she was in her element as she strolled up the beach in a flattering blackswimsuit.

Wearing a huge smile, the TV presenter looked stunning in the plunging one-piece that was nipped in at the waist with a gold buckle belt.

Emma, who is married to banker Graham Clempsen and has two teenage children, was also pictured having a splash about in the sea no doubt to cool off.

Back in 2013, she opened up about how she felt about her impressive figure after shedding 10lbs and getting back into shape.

"In the past 18 months I have taken myself in hand and turned myself totally around. And, boy, do I feel empowered and proud of myself, because I’ve done it all naturally. No Botox. No liposuction. No surgery," she told the Daily Mail.

While talking about her work out routine, she added: "I also have a treadmill in my spare bedroom which I use to burn calories and tone my body. "The adrenalin rush is amazing. I power-walk three miles a couple of times a week - really pounding away. I walk as fast as I used to run. I also try to walk everywhere instead of getting in a cab."
