A guest staying at a Gramercy Park hotel in New York
committed suicide in their room earlier today, police have said.
The man, who was staying on the sixth floor of the
three-star Marcel at Gramercy Park, killed himself by filling a bag over his
head with toxins, the New York Post reports.
Authorities say the bag was fitted with a 'feeding tube'
which allowed the unidentified man to pumped a poison into it.

The Post reports that the man's body was found by staff who
were about to clean the room.
