The curvaceous star - who has North, two, and one-month-old Saint with her husband Kanye West - joked about the 28 year old’s larger figure while discussing his tattoo of ex-girlfriend Rita Ora.
While laughing at the inking - which Rob had to cover a previous tattoo tribute to his ex Adrienne Bailon - Kim joked the design now resembled a “cabbage patch kid” instead of the stunning singer.
She said: “He covered it with a life-sized barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll.
"Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he's gained weight and it’s like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!"

Rob’s weight struggles were often featured on the show until he gave up being part of the series.
He has since avoided attending paparazzi-ridden events with his famous family.
Kim’s harsh words could also come as a shock to the audience after Rob was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
