Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze I, who only succeeded his late father, Obi Ofulue, following his death as the Obi Akaeze Edward Ofulue III of Ubulu-Uku Kingdom met with the Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa.
